Roper’s Ribs is a family owned St. Louis BBQ Restaurant. We have catered barbecue in the St. Louis area since 1976. For the past 15 years, we have been located at 6929 West Florissant Ave. in St. Louis Missouri. Our great hickory smoked barbeque taste draws customers from California, Texas, and New York – literally throughout the United States and beyond its borders. We invest a great deal of time and effort in preparing our barbeque. Our meats are hand rubbed with our own special blend of spices and slowly smoked for 12 hours with hickory wood to create an exquisite flavor. We are known for our Baby Back Ribs, ST Louis Ribs, Pulled Pork, Rib Tips, Beef Brisket and Chicken.
